When we talk about the way Julia Hagen plays, we often refer to her naturalness, her warmth, her vitality and her courage to experiment. This young cellist from Salzburg comes from a family of musicians, her father is Clemens Hagen, and she is as good as a soloist with the orchestra, in récital with the piano or in numerous chamber music ensembles. At 27 years of age, she has already performed alongside orchestras such as the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and made her debut at the Salzburg Festival.
