These provisions are valid from 13 September 2021 and until further notice.

To access the Museum, it is mandatory, from 16 years of age, to show a Covid ceritificate - vaccinated, recovered or tested negative (within 72 hours for the PCR test, or 48 hours for the antigen test prior to the Museum visit). The certificate can be shown electronically (through the app) or printed and it will be checked along with an identity document, at the ticket office, before purchasing the ticket. In all the rooms up to the exhibition rooms, it is mandatory to wear protective masks above the age of 12. There are some exceptions for schools, the mandatory use of facemasks will start from for middle school students.

Safety Distances

Access to the museum is managed in compliance with social distancing rules currently in force (1.5 metres between visitors). As a rule, a maximum of 60 people (excluding security staff and other personnel) may be present in the museum at any given time.

Hygiene

All high-contact surfaces, handrails, door handles, lift buttons and lavatories are regularly sanitized.

Circulation of visitors between floors is regulated by means of the lift (1 person at a time if not members of the same household; 4 people at a time if members of the same household/group of people) or via the stairs. Security staff are strategically placed across the various floors in order to regulate a safe flow of visitors.

The representative of the group should ensure the traceability of the participants, if they are below 16 years of age.
